    • Recipes now update their ingredients in Manage Ingredients automatically when saved, so the recipe counts there stay correct after you edit a recipe. Previously an ingredient stayed linked to a recipe even after it was changed or removed.
    • "Rebuild Ingredient Links" button in Manage Ingredients syncs all existing recipes with the ingredient list at once, and an "Unused" view lists ingredients that are no longer used in any published recipe so they can be deleted in bulk.
    • Ingredient names that include an amount, such as "2 cloves garlic", can be cleaned up from Manage Ingredients: renamed to the ingredient alone or merged into an ingredient that already exists. Links are kept.
    • Manage Ingredients can also move amounts typed into ingredient names ("2 cups flour") into the separate Amount and Unit fields, so Adjustable Servings and Unit Conversion work for them.
    Mejora
    • The "Migrate to Pro format" notice now only appears when recipes really have the amount typed into the ingredient name. Before, it flagged almost every recipe made with the Pro version. It also counts recipes instead of recipe cards, and explains more clearly what it does.
    • The migration recognizes ranges ("2-3"), decimal commas ("1,5 dl"), fractions and Scandinavian units (ss, ts, dl, stk, pose, skiver, fedd and more).
    Corregido
    • The migration removed links from ingredient names. Links and formatting are now kept.
    • The migration and the Ingredient Scanner split ingredient names that had no unit, for example "Granateple" became unit "g" and "ranateple", or "2 løk" became "øk". Units are now only recognized as whole words, and names such as "7up" or "70% dark chocolate" are no longer read as amounts.
    • Recipes imported from WP Recipe Maker with the free version showed the amount twice ("2 cups 2 cups flour") after upgrading to Pro.
  2. 7.4.2

    Mejora
    • Each converted ingredient has a "Convert to" button. Picking a unit converts the original amount to it, for example 45 g oats to cups or 10 g chia seeds to teaspoons, using that ingredient's own density. The amount and unit stay free text, so any unit can be typed in any language.
    • US conversions follow how US home cooks measure: cups and spoons for oats, flour, yogurt, milk, seeds, spices, butter, nut butter, honey and chopped fruit and vegetables; ounces and pounds for meat, cheese and chocolate bars.
    • Amounts under half a cup that no cup measure fits closely are shown in half tablespoons ("4 1/2 tbsp" instead of a rough "1/4 cup").
    • Conversions between two volumes or two weights (ml to cups, g to oz) are calculated directly with US measures (1 cup = 236.6 ml), so they no longer depend on the conversion service recognizing the ingredient name.
  3. 7.4.1

    2 mejoras2 correcciones
    Mejora
    • US conversions use measures a cook actually has: cups in 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, 2/3 and 3/4, tablespoons or teaspoons for smaller amounts ("7 tbsp" instead of "0.44 cup"), ounces to the half (whole ounces from 8 oz) and pounds to the quarter.
    • Metric weights of flour, sugar, butter, oats, spices, nuts, chocolate chips and grated cheese now convert to cups or spoons for US readers ("250 g flour" becomes "2 cups", "5 g salt" becomes "1 tsp"). Meat, fish, cheese blocks and chocolate bars stay in ounces and pounds.
    Corregido
    • "Convert All Ingredients" could copy one ingredient's converted amount onto another, for example "2 tbsp" appearing on an ingredient with no unit. It happened when Bulk Add had given two ingredients the same internal ID. Bulk Add now always creates unique IDs, and converting repairs recipes that already have duplicates.
    • Bulk Add no longer reads a leading percentage as the amount ("70% dark chocolate" stays the ingredient name).

    • "Convert with AI" button next to "Convert All Ingredients". It converts the whole ingredient list in one request and uses each ingredient's name to choose grams or milliliters and a realistic weight.
    Mejora
    • Unit Conversion now weighs everything measured in cups except clear liquids, so "1 cup quinoa" becomes 170 g instead of 236.59 ml. Liquids, sauces and dressings still convert to ml.
    • Converted metric amounts are rounded to kitchen-friendly numbers (235 ml, 60 ml, 55 g), and large amounts switch to kg or l.
    • The converted amount and unit are now plain editable fields instead of a unit dropdown, so any value can be corrected by typing.
    Corregido
    • Ingredients with units that don't convert, such as "pinch" or "clove", no longer lose their unit in the converted view.
    • Unit Conversion now uses the plugin-wide default unit system when a recipe has none of its own.
    • More unit spellings are recognized for conversion, including "c", "fluid ounce", "millilitre", "litre" and "gramme".
    • Ingredient names with links or other formatting no longer show raw HTML in the unit conversion view of the editor.
    • On non-English sites, units are no longer changed to English plurals, so a Dutch "400 gram" stays "400 gram" instead of becoming "400 grams". Plurals are used only when a translation provides them. The new `wpzoom_rcb_pluralize_ingredient_units` filter turns unit plurals off completely.
    • Bulk Add now puts fraction characters such as "¼", "½" or "1½" in the amount field instead of leaving the whole line in the ingredient name.

    • AI Assistant tab under Recipe Cards > Settings. It connects your recipes to Yamidoo, a free AI chat that answers readers' questions about the recipe they are on: substitutions with amounts, scaling, unit conversions, timing and storage. One button installs and activates the Yamidoo plugin from WordPress.org.
    • "Ask about this recipe" button in the recipe card, just above the ingredients. It opens the chat with that recipe already in context and the question started for the reader. It is switched on automatically when Yamidoo is activated, and stays hidden on sites without it.
    Mejora
    • The AI Settings tab now explains that its settings control the AI Recipe Generator, and links to AI credits.
    Corregido
    • Recipe card styles now load for recipes inserted with the `[wpzoom_rcb_post]` shortcode or the Elementor recipe widgets.
    • Adjustable servings now work with a serving range such as "2-3".

    • Recipe Index — app-style filters on mobile: on phones and small tablets the filter dropdowns now collapse into a "Filters" button that opens a slide-up panel, with a badge showing how many filters are active and a "Show 24 recipes" button that updates the number of matching recipes as you pick them (you can switch back to inline dropdowns in the block settings)
    • Recipe Roundup — new "Compact List" layout, and an option to hide the recipe descriptions
    • Recipe Index — a Styles tab in the block settings to set an accent colour (used for the Load More button, active page number, course links and the mobile filter panel), the image corner radius, and the space between cards
    Mejora
    • Recipe Index — refreshed recipe cards on mobile: two recipes per row, cooking time shown as a badge over the image, and rounded image corners
    • Recipe Index and Recipe Roundup — recipes without an image now show a placeholder icon instead of an empty space, so all cards keep the same height and line up neatly
    Corregido
    • Recipe Index — the cooking time badge could appear on its own, floating above the title, on recipes whose image was missing or had been deleted
  9. 7.2.6

    • Recipe Index — new options to refine the Ingredients filter: use only ingredients from the Ingredients database, hide ingredients used in fewer than a minimum number of recipes, and exclude specific ingredients (e.g. salt, pepper, water)
    Corregido
    • Recipe Index — the "1-2 hours" duration filter was also showing recipes shorter than 1 hour
    • Custom labels from plugin settings now translate correctly on sites using Polylang
  10. 7.2.5

    Mejora
    • Recipe Index — recipe images now keep a uniform aspect ratio matching the selected image size (Landscape, Portrait, or Square), even when some images are smaller than the required size
    • Recipe Index — the recipe grid now loads smaller image files where possible, making the page faster (high-resolution screens still get sharp images via srcset)
  11. 7.2.4

    • Recipe Index — Ingredients filter: visitors can now filter recipes by the ingredients they use
    • Recipe Index — Search field: let visitors search recipes by title, ingredients, or summary (with a customizable placeholder text)
    • Recipe Index — all filters (courses, cuisines, difficulty, cooking time, ingredients) now support selecting multiple options at once
    • Recipe Index — option to display the number of matching recipes next to each filter option
    Mejora
    • Equipment inventory popup in the Recipe Card block now includes a search field and multi-select, so you can find and insert multiple equipment items at once
    • The Equipment section in the Recipe Card block now starts with an empty list instead of 3 blank items — add items manually or insert them from your inventory
  12. 7.2.3

    Nuevo
    • 10 new translations — Swedish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Turkish, Ukrainian, and Japanese (the plugin is now available in 17 languages)
    Mejora
    • Ingredient amounts can now be entered as fractions the way people naturally write them — "1/4", "1 1/2", or symbols like ¼ and 1½ — and Unit Conversion and Adjustable Servings will understand them (previously decimals like 0.25 were required)
    • Unit Conversion keeps teaspoon and tablespoon measures unchanged when converting between systems (a metric teaspoon is the same spoon), instead of converting them to ml
    • Converted amounts now snap to common cooking fractions (halves, thirds, quarters, eighths) — no more odd results like "3/7 cup" — and units already in the target system are kept as-is in mixed-unit recipes
