Now only blocking "definite" spam. For "likely spam", users are prompted to checkout again.
Improved
Now always tracking likely spam responses from Akismet as "spam activity" for the PMPro spam blocker. Folks testing cards on checkout pages are blocked twice as fast now.
You can use the `pmpro_akismet_threshold` filter and have it return 1 instead of 2 to use the stricter rules where all likely spam is treated as spam and blocked.
ENHANCEMENT/BUG FIX: Fixed formatting of the Akismet link if shown via the `pmpro_akismet_checkout_privacy_notice` filter. Have that return 'display' to display.

Now calling pmpro_track_spam when spam data is detected. If the PMPro Spam Protection feature is enabled, this will block users from the same IP from submitting checkouts after a certain number of failures.
ENHANCEMENT/BUG FIX: Bailing on the registration checks early if there is already another issue with checkout. This helps with performance and won't e.g. check for spam if the user submitted the form with missing fields.
