Ultrapack (ultrapackv2.com) sells access to plans (predetermined access periods) for downloading items (themes, plugins, scripts) developed by third parties, which were developed and distributed under the terms of the GPL (GNU General Public License). It is permitted to download, modify, and redistribute these items, provided that the terms of the GPL are maintained and respected.
Ultrapack is an independent platform, with no association or affiliation with the developers of the items made available. Names, expressions, and trademarks are used to identify items according to their specific use, as well as to leave no doubt as to who their original authors are.
The end of the access period does not revoke the rights granted by the GPL license over files that were downloaded during the plan’s validity. After access ends, the user may continue using the files already obtained, but will not be entitled to new downloads, updates, or access to the platform.
Account Creation and Access
You must ensure that the information provided when making a purchase on our site is true, accurate, and complete, and that you will keep it secure and up to date at all times (including an updated email address and mailing address).
You are fully responsible for any use related to your account. Therefore, you must keep your information secure and not allow other people to use your username and/or password. Shared accounts whose access information has been changed will not be recovered.
Access to accounts is limited to a single person. It is prohibited to sell or share your account with third parties. Any abnormal behavior or behavior indicating that your account is being shared may result in temporary suspension or even permanent blocking, with no right to a refund.
Support
Our support is limited to installation, basic issues, and known compatibility errors, WordPress bugs, or issues related to technical limitations inherent to the items.
Please note that, due to the nature of plugins and themes developed for WordPress, all items are provided ‘as is’, meaning in their current state, with no guarantee of operation as described by the developer or of compatibility with third-party components or add-ons.
Updates
Updates are made available according to our operational availability and technical criteria. Purchasing a plan does not imply a guarantee of continuous, periodic, or immediate updates for any specific item.
Plan Renewal
Renewal can be done with up to a 10%, 15%, or 20% discount (depending on the plan purchased), before the expiration date of the current plan.
Item Delivery
All items are delivered digitally. After we successfully receive your payment, access to the items is released automatically. Payments via bank slip (boleto) are reviewed manually and may take up to 1 business day to be released. If your payment has already been approved and you are still unable to complete your downloads, please contact us.
Item Availability on the Site
There is no guarantee that any item will remain available on our site. If any irregularity, security-related issue, difficulty in use or unlocking is found, or at the author’s request and/or due to discontinuation, the item may be removed at any time, without prior notice.
Refund
The user has the right to request a refund within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.
- Refund request process: to request a refund, the user must contact us, stating their intention to cancel the purchase. The request must be made through an official communication channel of the site, such as email or the contact form.
- Anti-Abuse Measures: while we are committed to guaranteeing the right of withdrawal and refund, we also reserve the right to take legal action in cases of abuse of this policy, such as fraudulent and/or recurring refund requests.
Note: We do not provide refunds for accounts improperly shared, suspended, and/or blocked due to violation of these terms of use.
Daily Limit
Daily limits are intended to protect our system against abusive download practices and to maintain the proper functioning of the site.
Ultrapack is intended for individuals and companies that use our items in their personal projects or in their clients’ projects. If you want to share our items on other GPL sites and/or Marketplaces, consider purchasing a plan intended for resale.
We monitor each user’s download and item access patterns. Therefore, even if the daily limit is not used in full, the account may be limited or blocked if any abnormal behavior is identified.
Warranty and Liability
Ultrapack does not guarantee functionality and is not liable, under any circumstances, for damages or losses, whether partial or permanent, that may occur due to the use of files downloaded from our site.
All items on our site are provided ‘as is’ and, therefore, there is no guarantee that they will function as described by the developer or that they will be compatible with third-party components or add-ons.
The amounts paid refer exclusively to access to the Ultrapack platform and its associated services, and do not constitute the sale of a proprietary software license.
Outsourcing
If you are agreeing to these terms on behalf of another person, then you are promising us that you have the legal authority to act on their behalf.

Ultrapack respects the intellectual property rights of the author. Any mention of original companies and authors is intended to ensure that our customers are not misled about the original source of the products.
