  2. 5.1.1

    4 fixes1 change
    Fixed
    • Stripe-enabled forms no longer show a "jQuery is not defined" browser error when the page delays or omits jQuery loading.
    • Thank-you page redirects now work for standard (non-AJAX) contact forms when a redirect URL is set on the form.
    • File and image upload fields from Divi 4 layouts now migrate to Divi 5 reliably, including when the drop zone uses custom text.
    • Form Builder modules now show reliably in the Divi 5 module library (including when the builder loads slowly or in stages) and no longer trigger duplicate registration warnings.
    Changes
    • MOD - PDF document admin REST API database queries now use explicit table names for automated security review compatibility.
  3. 5.1.0

    1 new11 fixes
    New
    • PDF Generator: design PDF templates in a drag-and-drop editor, create a PDF when someone submits the form, attach it to notification or confirmation emails, optionally show a secure download link on the success message, store files on the server for a short time or keep them permanently, and use merge tags in text blocks for field answers and built-in values.
    Fixed
    • Thank-you page redirects now work for standard (non-AJAX) contact forms when a redirect URL is set on the form.
    • File and image upload fields from Divi 4 layouts now migrate to Divi 5 reliably, including when the drop zone uses custom text.
    • WPML translations now use one stable key per field across all languages, so translated pages no longer create duplicate source strings.
    • Description text and text-based content fields in Form Field modules can now be translated with WPML.
    • Form field modules now keep their custom Admin Title in the builder list, instead of showing a generic field name.
    • Divi 4 step fields now convert and load in the Visual Builder without showing an error message.
    • Radio and Checkbox Button styling set on the Form module now stays visible on the live site when theme or layout CSS was overriding it.
    • Multistep button alignment now keeps the first step centered when you choose center alignment, and justified layouts now place the first step Next button at the end of the row as expected.
    • Form Builder now keeps the correct settings mode when BodyCommerce, Mobile, Nitro, or Protect is active.
    • Standard (non-AJAX) contact forms with Save to Database no longer create two entries, duplicate PDFs, or duplicate notification emails from a single submit.
    • Update checks now run correctly in the new settings experience, so new plugin versions appear as expected.
  4. 5.0.5

    5 fixes
    Fixed
    • Forms with Google reCAPTCHA (v2 or v3) and payment turned off now submit normally; the payment amount check no longer blocks contact and other non-payment forms.
    • Forms using Google reCAPTCHA with Stripe card payment no longer show a browser script error on submit; checkout and captcha work together again.
    • Block editor and admin no longer crash when a page contains form field shortcodes without the full form module next to them.
    • Form field shortcodes use the same default settings as the builder so PHP notices no longer fill the log when you edit or preview the page.
    • Form fields render reliably when Divi's split-testing helper is not loaded yet, so shortcode and REST previews no longer hit a fatal error.
  5. 5.0.4

    9 fixes
    Fixed
    • Reports and export database queries now use prepared statements for improved security and marketplace compliance.
    • Radio/Checkbox Button design (Form Field) now applies on the frontend; styling no longer appears only in the Visual Builder.
    • Radio/Checkbox Button design set on a form field now correctly overrides the form-level Radio/Checkbox Buttons design so per-field styling takes priority.
    • Submit Button design in the Form module now only affects the form submit and step buttons; radio and checkbox option labels with button style no longer inherit the Submit Button design.
    • Form submissions now include frontend and backend duplicate protection, preventing accidental double entries and duplicate emails from rapid repeat submits.
    • Improved Divi 5 style loading so Form Builder keeps required form styles without disabling Divi caching across the whole site.
    • Standard forms now keep the Submit button visible and clickable when Multistep is turned off.
    • Stripe payment logic now stays disabled on standard forms unless Stripe payment is turned on for that form.
    • Forms no longer crash when older shortcode content is loaded without full parent form context, preventing broken layouts and missing styles.
  6. 5.0.3

    5 fixes1 change
    Fixed
    • Divi 4 to Divi 5 conversion: conditional logic, multistep (submit button, progress bar, last-step fields), image/file field styling and shortcode rendering now convert and display correctly so existing forms keep their behavior and appearance after conversion.
    • Save to Database: Entries now show all submitted fields when a form has repeated labels, including conditional fields that were previously hidden in the entries table.
    • Save to Database: When forms reuse the same label for different fields, entries now show the field ID in the column title so each column is clearly matched to the correct field.
    • Save to Database: Entries no longer include helper-only fields like Content, Calculation, or Form Step, so table columns only show real submission answers.
    • Save to Database: Empty placeholder rows are now ignored when building entries, so header/content helper fields no longer create blank columns in old or new submissions.
    Changes
    • MOD - Field input styles (background, border, font, focus) now use one form-scoped CSS rule instead of repeating the same rule for each form field, reducing generated CSS size.
  7. 5.0.2

    • Improved WPML compatibility so form labels, option choices, and form messages are easier to find and translate.
    • Fatal error with Form Builder installed on the same site as they share our Stripe code

    • Field width in Field Layout Options now applies correctly in the Visual Builder instead of fields always appearing full width.
    • When the form uses a Structure Template (grid layout), form fields no longer get extra column/width classes so the layout matches the template correctly.

    • Digital Signature field now works correctly in production builds.
    • Reports overview and Flagged for Review table now show correct entry counts and flagged entries instead of zeros or empty lists.

    • Multistep Prev/Next alignment defaults to space-between; Select2 and range slider load when the form loads in the Visual Builder; Stripe validation uses the correct keys and improved security.
    • Form no longer stays hidden when ARIA form label is set; payment gateway selection styles apply on the frontend; radio/checkbox and payment buttons are fully keyboard accessible; required file fields clear validation when a file is selected.
    • Security hardening: form and settings output escaped correctly; entries and emails sanitized so scripts cannot run; database queries use prepared statements; input sanitization improved for submissions and file uploads.
    • Payment Reports now show totals, status/method breakdowns, and chart data correctly for the selected date range.
    • Failed form submission (e.g. Captcha Error) now shows the full message in Divi 5: "Sorry the form was not submitted, Captcha Error", matching Divi 4 behavior.
    • Grid Columns for radio/checkbox options now converts and applies correctly from Divi 4 to Divi 5.
    • Radio and checkbox options from Divi 4 now convert and display correctly in Divi 5 settings (fixes "map is not a function" when opening a converted field).

    • Field width (e.g. 50% for half column) now applies correctly in the Visual Builder instead of being output as commented-out CSS.
    • Form fields in the Visual Builder now wrap into two columns per row when field width is set to half, matching the frontend layout.
    • Form fields set to 1/2 (or other column) width now display at the correct width in the Visual Builder.
    • Multistep form default button alignment is now right in Divi 5.
    • Multistep Prev button styling no longer overridden by Divi button helper class (white background and black text now apply correctly).
    • Required radio fields now show the validation error when nothing is selected, and radio options display correctly for converted Divi 4 forms.
    Changes
    • DIVI 5 VERSION LAUNCH
    • MOD - Spam settings and reports use clearer wording ("Spam Score Threshold", "Built-in check"); built-in spam detection now catches phishing and social engineering messages.
