a clear in-builder notice when two effects that control the same thing are enabled on one module — Text Flow vs Text Animation, and 3D Carousel vs Scroll Effects — so it is obvious only one runs at a time.
Fixed
the "Browse Animations" example gallery could overwrite animations you had already added — it has been removed. One-click Presets (which apply to the current animation without deleting others) remain.
Conflicting effects now hide their own controls (showing just the notice) while the other is active, instead of leaving an empty settings group.
Housekeeping: populated the translation template (.pot); trimmed the release package (removed unused ad scaffolding and build tooling) and applied coding-standard fixes for marketplace review.

Fixed a DOM-based XSS in the Text Animation splitter — text is now inserted via DOM APIs and never re-parsed as HTML.
Removed all third-party asset requests — lottie-web is now bundled locally (no cdnjs) and no fonts are fetched from Google. No visitor IP is sent to any third party.
Removed an empty script that pulled jQuery on every page; asset versions now come from the plugin version instead of a filesystem call on every request; admin code no longer loads on front-end views.
Removed the Vertical Scroll effect (Scroll Effects still offers Horizontal Scroll, Scroll Stack and Card Reveal).

Engines load only on pages that actually use them — Animator, Text Flow, Image Flow and Tilt no longer force-load GSAP site-wide.
Motion Path: the moving element now renders above other content and stays aligned to its path when targeting a nested module (z-index / positioning fix).
Follow Cursor: "Element by ID" now targets the correct element in the Visual Builder preview (front end was already correct).
Marquee: now available on Section only (removed from Row / Column, where it did not belong).
Every Visual Builder registration into Divi internals is now guarded, so a future Divi change degrades gracefully instead of causing a fatal.
Internationalisation is now functional — text domain is loaded and a populated translation template (`.pot`) ships.
`uninstall.php` removes all plugin options and user meta (single site + multisite); dropped needless rewrite-rule flushes.
