Description

Resume turns Tumblr into an online resume, with sections for professional experience, academic background, skills list, portfolio of work, contact form and icons for professional networks, organized on a single scrolling page that’s easy to keep updated. It’s built for job seekers, freelancers and independent consultants who want a digital resume with its own link to share in hiring processes and on social networks, instead of attaching a PDF.

Main Features of Resume

  • Experience section
Lists job titles, companies and employment periods in chronological order.
  • Skills block
Presents technical and soft skills in a list or visual bar.
  • Portfolio gallery
Displays samples of previous work with an image and short description.
  • Professional network icons
Links LinkedIn, email and other contacts right at the top of the page.
  • Contact form
Receives messages from recruiters without having to disclose a direct email address.

Benefits of Resume

  • Always-accessible resume
The link replaces repeatedly sending a PDF file by email.
  • Portfolio alongside the resume
Brings experience and work samples together on the same page, with no external link.
  • Fast updating
Editing a job title, skill or new project takes just a few minutes in the dashboard.
  • Direct and discreet contact
The form avoids exposing a personal email address to search engines and social networks.

How to Download Resume

Resume is available for download here on Ultrapack. In the Tumblr dashboard, go to Edit Appearance > Edit HTML and paste the theme’s code in place of the current template. Then just fill in your experience, skills and portfolio links.

Having your resume in page format makes it easier to share in any hiring process, without depending on the file format accepted by each company. For anyone who updates their history frequently, editing directly in the Tumblr dashboard is faster than re-exporting a PDF with every change.
