    • Keep the customer's own shipping phone intact when checking out against a saved address book entry.
    • Stop counting the phone toward the number of filled fields that decides whether a checkout address is saved to the address book.
    • Stop offering shipping rates for a shipment whose address the store cannot ship to, instead of quoting a price the order would then be refused for.
    • Stop emitting a PHP warning on the order screen when a shipment address predates a field the store now collects.
    • Use the same order ownership check as WooCommerce core.
