Description
The Ideas transforms WordPress into a feedback collection and prioritization portal, allowing visitors to submit suggestions through the front-end, vote on the most relevant ideas, and track the status defined by the team. The AppThemes theme adds moderation panels in the admin, threaded comments, extended user profiles, unlimited categories and status, as well as thematic login and registration pages with responsive design.
Main Features
- Front-end submission and voting: visitors submit ideas and vote to signal which ones they consider most important.
- Admin management panel: pre-moderation of ideas, individual or mass vote reset, and customized listings within WordPress.
- Unlimited status and categories: organize the flow of suggestions into stages such as “under review”, “planned”, or “completed”, without quantity limits.
- Customizable email notifications: adjust the templates sent to users and administrators according to each event in the feedback cycle.
- API hooks and child theme support: personalize appearance and behavior without altering the original code, using AppThemes API filters and actions.
Benefits of Ideas
- Direct feedback channel: centralize customer and community requests in a single navigable and sortable repository.
- Democratic prioritization: public votes show which features press for attention from the team.
- Organized and discoverable content: integrated permalinks, filters, relevance sorting, and SEO-friendly structure.
- Adaptation to any brand: multiple color schemes, widget sidebars, AJAX/jQuery threaded comments, and customized registration and login pages.
For Whom is it Indicated?
- Companies and SaaS that want a structured channel to receive improvement suggestions from customers.
- Product teams that need to prioritize their roadmap based on real user votes.
- Communities, help forums, and idea centers that seek a ready, multilingual, and responsive layout.
Indicated for organizations that treat user feedback as a decision input and want a proprietary portal to host, classify, and respond to ideas in a transparent manner.
