Description
The ActiveMember360 addon connects AutomatorWP to the ActiveMember360 plugin, adding triggers and actions to manage ActiveCampaign tags, subscription lists, automations and user contact fields. Targeted at membership sites that rely on ActiveCampaign as their CRM, this component automates workflows such as applying tags on new purchases, automatically enrolling customers into segmented lists, and activating specific automations triggered within WordPress.
Key Features
- Tag applied trigger: starts recipes in AutomatorWP when a tag is assigned to the ActiveMember360 contact.
- List enrollment trigger: fires automations when the user is identified in an ActiveCampaign list.
- Contact field trigger: reacts when a custom field meets a greater than, less than, equal to, or contains a specified value condition.
- Tag management actions: adds or removes tags from the contact based on events from WordPress, WooCommerce, LearnDash, and other AutomatorWP integrations.
- List, automation, and field actions: subscribes or unsubscribes the user from lists, applies or removes automations, and updates contact field values directly from the recipe.
Benefits of ActiveMember360
- Synchronization between WordPress and ActiveCampaign: keeps member records aligned with the CRM without manual exports.
- Dynamic segmentation: applies tags and lists according to user behavior on the site, refining audiences for campaigns.
- Automated email paths: triggers ActiveCampaign automations from purchases, course completions, or member logins.
- Centralized business rules: consolidates marketing and member management logic within AutomatorWP recipes.
