Description
The FluentCommunity addon connects the FluentCommunity community plugin to AutomatorWP, triggering automations whenever a user posts, comments on discussions, joins a space, or completes courses from the integrated LMS. In the Premium version, it expands the range with reaction triggers, creation and deletion of spaces, enrollment in courses, and quiz attempts, as well as actions that add, remove and assign roles to members within each community space.
Main Features
- Space activity triggers: fires flows when the user writes a post, comments, joins or leaves a community space.
- Course and quiz triggers: responds to course completion, enrollment, unenrollment, attempts, passing or failing of quizzes in the native LMS.
- Member management actions: automatically adds users to a space, removes participants, and sets the role of each member within the space.
- Content and course actions: publishes posts in a space and enrolls or unenrolls users in courses from any event configured in AutomatorWP.
- Fit within AutomatorWP workflows: combines community triggers with integrations such as Mailchimp, WooCommerce and GamiPress already supported by the automator.
Benefits of FluentCommunity
- Automated engagement: reward those who comment, react or complete courses without manually checking reports.
- Member onboarding: enroll new buyers into spaces and courses at the point of purchase or after a specific action.
- Code-free role management: promote or remove members from spaces based on site conditions, without editing profiles one by one.
- CRM and e-commerce integration: send community events to email lists, WooCommerce stores, and gamification systems.
