Description
The Kadence Blocks add-on connects Kadence Blocks forms to AutomatorWP, triggering automations whenever a visitor submits a form created with the Form block of the plugin. With this integration, you capture the submitted data and use each field as input in AutomatorWP flows—registering users, awarding points, sending emails, or chaining the submission with any other addon from the ecosystem, all without writing a single line of code.
Key Features
- Form submission trigger: fires AutomatorWP automations each time a Kadence Blocks form is submitted by a visitor.
- Field mapping: provides the filled values (name, email, phone, message, and custom fields) as reusable dynamic tags in the subsequent flow actions.
- Specific form filter: allows restricting the automation to a single Kadence form by ID, preventing submissions from other forms from triggering the flow.
- Chaining with other add-ons: combines form submissions with actions from any other AutomatorWP add-on—CRMs, email marketing platforms, BuddyBoss, LearnDash, WooCommerce and other integrations.
- Visual configuration in the automation editor: selects the Kadence Blocks trigger directly on the AutomatorWP screen, without needing external webhooks or custom code.
Benefits of Kadence Blocks
- Automated lead capture: turns each form submission into a registration, segmentation, or automatic notification, without manual intervention.
- Reuse of the visual builder: keeps Kadence native forms—with their own layout and validation—and adds behind-the-scenes automation intelligence.
- Reduced bridging plugins: eliminates the need for Zapier or external tools to connect site forms to marketing and management services.
- Custom conditional flows: uses the form data itself as the condition to decide which action to perform next, creating personalized journeys by lead type.
Who Should Use It?
- Marketing professionals who already use Kadence Blocks on their site and want to automate the handling of leads generated by the forms.
- Agencies and developers delivering WordPress projects based on Kadence who need to integrate AutomatorWP with CRMs, email marketing, and LMS.
- Small business owners who receive contacts through the site and want to automatically trigger responses, registrations, and notifications after each submission.
Recommended for those who have already adopted Kadence Blocks as a page builder and want to eliminate manual tasks after each form submission, connecting the site to complete automated flows within AutomatorWP.
