Description
The MetForm addon turns form submissions made with MetForm into automation triggers in AutomatorWP, firing recipes when a logged-in user or an anonymous visitor submits a form or fills in a specific value in a given field. The integration works on the trigger side only, with no actions of its own, and is built for anyone who creates forms in Elementor with MetForm and wants to chain automatic responses using the actions from other AutomatorWP integrations.
Key Features of MetForm
- User submission trigger
Starts a recipe when a logged-in user submits a MetForm form. - Anonymous trigger for visitors
Fires automations when a visitor who is not logged in submits a form on the site. - Field value filter
In the Pro version, reacts only when the user submits a specific value in a field. - Field value for visitors
Also in the Pro version, applies the same field condition to submissions from anonymous visitors. - Exclusive focus on triggers
The addon has no actions of its own and pairs with the actions from other integrations.
Benefits of MetForm
- Forms that drive processes
Each submission stops being just a record and starts automatic tasks. - Responses segmented by choice
The options selected in the form determine which workflow runs for each person. - Capturing visitors without an account
Leads who don’t have an account on the site yet also enter the automations. - Less repetitive manual work
Eliminates checking submissions one by one to decide on the next step.
Who Is MetForm For?
- Anyone who builds contact and lead-capture forms in Elementor with MetForm and wants to automate what happens after submission.
- You, if you already use AutomatorWP and need to connect your site’s forms to the recipes you already have.
- Sites that receive quote requests, registrations, or sign-ups and want to handle each response differently depending on the field that was filled in.
How to Download MetForm
MetForm is available for download here at Ultrapack. The step-by-step guide to installing this file is in the How to install tab, next to the description. Once activated, the MetForm triggers will appear when you create recipes in AutomatorWP.
By connecting Elementor’s form builder to the AutomatorWP recipe engine, this add-on makes a form submission the starting point for entire workflows, telling visitors apart from logged-in users and, in the Pro version, the content of each field. Anyone who needs contacts, registrations, and requests to trigger immediate follow-up will find the piece here that connects data collection to the rest of the site’s integrations.
