Description
The Newsletter addon connects AutomatorWP to the Newsletter plugin by The Newsletter Plugin Team, turning subscriber actions into automation triggers and allowing you to enroll, update, or remove contacts from lists as a result of events in WordPress. With this component installed, each subscription confirmation, cancellation, or campaign click can start flows that distribute points, unlock restricted content, or trigger new actions in other integrated plugins.
Main Features
- Subscription triggers: fires automations when a user confirms subscription to a Newsletter list.
- Cancellation triggers: responds to subscriber opt-outs to adjust access, scores, or status in WordPress.
- Subscriber actions: enrolls, updates, or removes contacts from specific lists from any AutomatorWP flow.
- WP user linkage: connects the Newsletter subscriber to the logged-in user, maintaining consistent history between registration and lists.
- Plugin chaining: combines Newsletter events with other AutomatorWP addons in multi-step automations.
Newsletter Benefits
- Automated email marketing: syncs subscribers without manual intervention whenever a relevant action occurs on the site.
- Rewarded engagement: delivers points, achievements, or levels to those who confirm subscription to the newsletter.
- Dynamic segmentation: moves contacts between lists according to user behavior in courses, shops, and membership areas.
- Less rework: eliminates CSV exports and imports by keeping lists updated in real time.
