Description
The weForms addon connects weForms contact forms to AutomatorWP, capturing user-submitted and visitor submissions to trigger automated workflows across the entire WordPress site. With form-submission and specific-field-based triggers, you transform each incoming lead into a chained action—adding a tag in ConvertKit, releasing membership access with ARMember, generating text with OpenAI, or recording achievements in the user profile.
Key Features
- User submission trigger: automates workflows when a logged-in user submits a form created in weForms.
- Visitor submission trigger: reacts to submissions from non-logged-in visitors, capturing anonymous leads in your sales funnel.
- Field value trigger (Pro): activates the flow only when a specific form field receives a predefined value, dividing automation paths based on responses.
- Field value trigger for visitors (Pro): same conditional logic applied to those who don’t have an account yet.
- Field value tag: makes the content from any form field available as a reusable variable in subsequent automation actions.
WeForms Benefits
- Automated lead capture: sends leads automatically to CRMs, email lists, and membership platforms without manual intervention.
- Conditional routing: separates contacts based on interest, plan, or department according to the selected form field values.
- Data reuse: uses names, emails, phone numbers, or any form field content as parameters in subsequent AutomatorWP actions.
- Integration with hundreds of platforms: leverages AutomatorWP’s ecosystem of integrations to forward form submissions to external services and plugins.
Who It’s For
- Businesses using weForms as their lead capture point and wanting to automate post-submission processes.
- Membership websites and online courses releasing access to content after a form submission.
- Agenices and marketers building sales funnels in AutomatorWP by integrating form submissions to CRMs and email tools.
Recommended for those already working with weForms for lead capture and need to orchestrate what happens after submission, connecting each submission to automated flows within and outside WordPress.
