Description
AutomatorWP WP All Import connects CSV and XML imports processed by the WP All Import plugin to AutomatorWP, triggering automations whenever an item is created, updated or removed during an import routine. This add-on transforms every import event into a trigger within the visual builder, enabling chaining of emails, content creation, role assignment and actions in other platform add-ons without writing code.
Main Features
- Import cycle triggers: reacts to the start, completion and cancellation of WP All Import executions.
- Item events: fires flows when a record is imported, updated or deleted by the routine.
- Item data tags: provides values of the imported record as variables to use in subsequent actions.
- Integrated visual builder: drags import triggers into the AutomatorWP recipe editor.
- Compatibility with other add-ons: combines import events with email connectors, CRM and WooCommerce in the same flow.
Benefits of WP All Import
- Automatic post-import: eliminates manual steps such as notifying the team, indexing content or firing a webhook after each batch.
- System synchronization: sends newly imported data to external services via other AutomatorWP family add-ons.
- Granular line-by-line reaction: allows treating each imported product, post or user individually according to recipe rules.
- Process standardization: visually documents what happens at every import instead of relying on custom PHP hooks.
Who Should Use?
- WooCommerce merchants who update catalogs via CSV or XML feeds and need to trigger automatic actions on every import.
- Agencies and developers migrating large volumes of posts, users or products and wishing to orchestrate post-processing without code.
- Editorial and marketing teams receiving data from external vendors and needing to chain notifications, reviews and publications.
Recommended for those already using WP All Import as a data bridge and looking to turn each import into an automation starting point within AutomatorWP.
