Description
The WS Form addon connects the WS Form form builder to AutomatorWP, triggering automations whenever a logged-in user or visitor submits a form or fills a specific monitored field. With the field-value tag, any submitted data becomes available to feed actions in other plugins, linking lead capture to GamiPress workflows, AffiliateWP referrals, Integromat scenarios, and other ecosystem integrations without writing code.
Main Features
- Send trigger by user: activates the automation when a logged-in user submits a WS Form.
- Send trigger by visitor: activates the flow when an unauthenticated visitor submits a form.
- Trigger by field value: reacts to the submission of a specific value in a chosen field, targeting the trigger by response.
- Field-value tag: makes any submitted data available as a dynamic variable in actions configured in AutomatorWP.
- Compatibility with the AutomatorWP ecosystem: forwards form data to automations in GamiPress, AffiliateWP, Integromat, and other installed integrations.
Benefits of WS Form
- Automated lead capture: turns each submission into a starting point for tasks in the CRM, email lists, and relationships.
- Response-based segmentation: allows different flows based on the value entered in a field, instead of treating all submissions the same.
- Plugin connectivity: uses the form as a bridge to gamification, affiliate programs, and external webhooks without intermediate code.
- Centralized workflow: keeps business rules inside AutomatorWP, avoiding custom code in
functions.phpor parallel plugins.
Who Should Use It?
- Sites already using WS Form for lead capture, contact, or registrations.
- Marketing teams that need to trigger automations from form responses.
- Agencies and developers that build AutomatorWP flows involving gamification, affiliates, or external services.
Recommended for those using WS Form as the data entry point on their site who want to turn each submission into an automated action within AutomatorWP.
