Description

The Recurring Appointments addon enables recurring bookings in BookingPress, allowing clients to reserve series of time slots with daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly frequency directly through the plugin’s standard booking form. Continuous service businesses — such as clinics, gyms, salons, consulting firms, and private lesson studios — can now sell recurring session packages without having to manually create each appointment in the BookingPress calendar panel.

Main Features

  • Configurable recurrence patterns: offers daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly repeat options applied directly within the booking flow.
  • Occurrence limit per series: sets how many repetitions a single booking generates within the BookingPress calendar.
  • Date window for the series: determines the start and end date of the cycle, with automatic availability validation for the professional in each occurrence.
  • Automatic slot generation: creates all appointments in the series at once in the scheduling panel, without manually registering each occurrence one by one.
  • Notifications per occurrence: sends BookingPress confirmation emails and reminders for each individual appointment in the series.

Benefits of the Recurring Appointments Addon

  • Higher average ticket: sells session packages in a single transaction instead of one-off reservations.
  • Client retention: ensures the client leaves the booking already committed to multiple time slots on the schedule.
  • Less operational work: eliminates the need for the front desk or professional to manually re-enter recurring appointments.
  • Smooth front-end experience: the client selects the series frequency and duration within the same booking form, with no extra steps.

Who Is It For?

  • Clinics, physical therapists, psychologists, and health professionals who work with series-based sessions.
  • Gyms, pilates studios, yoga, and personal trainers with weekly or monthly packages.
  • Beauty salons, therapists, and consultants who serve the same client at regular intervals.

Ideal for any business that runs recurring appointments in BookingPress and wants to automate the sale of session packages instead of one-off reservations.
