What changed in this version
Version 1.1.4 23 August 2026
- Fixed: Product cards no longer print "Creation of dynamic property WC_Product_Simple::$ID / $filter is deprecated" on PHP 8.2+. The read-more button passed the WooCommerce product object to `get_permalink` instead of the product ID, which made WordPress write those two properties onto the product while sanitising it — two notices on every product in every grid, list and carousel.
- Fixed: The settings framework no longer floods the screen with "Creation of dynamic property" deprecations on PHP 8.2+. The field and metabox classes assigned properties that were never declared, and because every field type inherits them a single settings page produced dozens of notices.
- Fixed: "Translation loading for the productify-pro domain was triggered too early" no longer appears on WordPress 6.7+. The metabox and settings configuration ran while the plugin file was still being included, so its translated labels were requested before WordPress was ready. Registration now happens on `init`, and the text domain loads there too.
- Fixed: The code editor field no longer triggers "The script with the handle ... was enqueued with dependencies that are not registered". It declared dependencies on script handles that never existed, which also meant CodeMirror's theme switching never worked.
- Fixed: The live filter no longer raises "Undefined array key" warnings on PHP 8 when its AJAX endpoint is reached without the expected form data — for example from a stale page, a direct request, or a bot. The request now falls back to empty settings instead of erroring.
- Fixed: Carousel pagination is no longer squashed into the bottom-left corner with its dots running together. The plugin registered its Swiper library under the generic `swiper` handle, which Elementor claims first for its own Swiper 8 build, so the bundled Swiper 6 never loaded while its stylesheet did — and the stylesheet's positioning rules key on a container class that only Swiper 6 applies. The library is now registered under `pdt-swiper`, and the pagination styling no longer depends on Swiper's version-specific classes, so it stays centred under any Swiper version on the page.
- Fixed: The filter layout's grid now lays out and filters correctly. Isotope was enqueued under the handle `pdt_isotope`, which was never registered, so the library never loaded even though the layout's JavaScript depends on it.
- Removed: Unused code and files — the settings framework's sample configuration files, its customizer, nav-menu, profile, shortcoder, taxonomy, widget and comment option types (none of which this plugin instantiates), 23 field types that no configuration references, and the Leaflet, Gutenberg and WebFont Loader assets those left orphaned. Also removed a dead per-product meta query in the product loop and several unused settings variables.
- Added: Gulp build pipeline (`gulpfile.js`, `package.json`) for asset minification, POT generation and release packaging.
