Download Manager Mad Mimi

Description

The Mad Mimi addon connects the Download Manager to your account on the Mad Mimi email marketing platform, automatically subscribing visitors who download files to your audience lists. Each download feeds segmented campaigns, turning the file capture flow into a lead qualification hub for newsletters, launches, and recurring communications from your site.

Main Features

• Automatic subscription on download: sends the user’s email directly to the list configured in the Mad Mimi account as soon as the file is requested.
• List mapping: allows you to associate specific download packages with distinct audiences on the email platform.
• Basic data capture: passes the name and email address collected in the download form to the contact profile in Mad Mimi.
• API key configuration: authenticates the integration directly using the credentials provided in your Mad Mimi account dashboard.
• Native compatibility with Download Manager: operates within the administrative screens of the base plugin, without parallel panels.

Benefits of Mad Mimi

• Always updated contact list: each new download feeds your email base without manual export or spreadsheet import work.
• Segmentation by real interest: knows exactly who downloaded each material and segments campaigns by consumed content.
• Leveraging download traffic: converts visitors who would only come to fetch a file into long-term subscribers.
• Unified marketing flow: centralizes digital files and email relationships in a single process on the site.

Recommended For

• Content creators who offer ebooks, whitepapers, and rich materials as digital bait.
• Companies that distribute catalogs, manuals, or releases and want to nurture interested parties via email.
• Marketing professionals who already use Mad Mimi and need to feed lists from WordPress.

For those treating the site as an active lead generation channel, this add-on eliminates the bottleneck between file delivery and contact entry into the email funnel. The integration turns every download request into a record ready for campaigns in Mad Mimi, keeping the relationship alive after the first contact and amplifying the return of each published material.
