Description
The Action User addon extends EventON by connecting event registration and participation actions to the user profile in WordPress, automatically recording who clicks “RSVP,” purchases a ticket, or signs up for an event. The extension creates an individual event history in the user dashboard, displays lists filtered by status, and allows organizers to track each participant’s engagement directly from the admin.
Main Features
- Event history per user
Records all events in which each user signed up or participated in the calendar. - Personal participant dashboard
Displays a dedicated area with the list of confirmed, past, and upcoming events for the logged-in user. - Administrative tracking
Allows the organizer to view which users are linked to each published event. - Integration with the RSVP system
Automatically captures registration actions made through EventON’s RSVP blocks. - Filters by participation status
Separates events into categories such as confirmed, canceled, waitlisted, or already held.
Action User Benefits
- Measurable engagement
Makes it possible to identify which users are most active and attend more events on the calendar. - Personalized experience
Each participant accesses their own history without relying on old confirmation emails. - Simplified audience management
The organizer quickly tracks recurring attendees without cross-referencing external spreadsheets. - Targeted communication
Makes it easier to send segmented announcements to attendees of specific events.
Who Is It For?
- Event organizers who want to map recurring participants on the website.
- Sites for courses, workshops, and lectures that rely on EventON registrations.
- Communities, clubs, and associations that promote frequent meetings for registered members.
- Agencies and production companies that manage event calendars for different audiences.
Aimed at those who use EventON as the backbone of registrations in WordPress, the component strengthens the relationship between event and participant by turning RSVP clicks into persistent records on the profile. The result is a less anonymous calendar, with engagement data that can be used to build audience loyalty, segment communications, and plan upcoming editions based on actual participation.
