Description
The RSS Feed addon generates an automatic RSS feed with all events published in EventON, exposing titles, dates, times, venues, and descriptions in an XML format compatible with any feed reader or aggregator. The extension turns the event calendar into a syndication source, allowing subscribers to follow new events via Feedly, Inoreader, or other RSS readers without needing to visit the site manually.

Publishes EventON events in a standard RSS XML format accessible by a public URL. - Complete data inclusion

Benefits of RSS Feed
- Extended calendar reach
Takes events to RSS readers and external channels without relying on direct site visits. - Engaged audience retention
Subscribers receive automatic notifications of new events via their preferred aggregator. - Integration with other tools
Allows consuming the feed in automations, dashboards, and platforms that process RSS. - Effortless promotion
Each published event already enters the feed without manual redistribution work.
Who Is It For?
- Event organizers who want to promote the calendar on external channels via RSS.
- Cultural producers, concert venues, and event centers with an audience loyal to feed readers.
- Institutional sites and portals that reuse the feed in automations, newsletters, or third-party widgets.
Aimed at those maintaining active calendars in EventON and seeking to distribute events beyond the site, the RSS Feed addon extends the calendar to the content syndication ecosystem. Automatic feed generation eliminates repetitive promotion work and paves the way for integrations with automations, aggregators, and email marketing platforms that consume RSS as a data source.
