Description
The Reports add-on adds to GamiPress a visual reporting dashboard that consolidates statistics for points awarded, achievements unlocked, and rankings completed by site users. The extension organizes the data into interactive charts with filters by date range, point type, and user, turning the admin area into a performance analysis hub for players and active gamification campaigns.
Key Features
- Visual reporting dashboard
Adds a new screen in the GamiPress admin with consolidated activity charts. - Filters by date range
Lets you narrow down the data by date interval for specific or historical analyses. - Segmentation by point type
Shows separate reports for each registered point type, achievement, and ranking. - User analysis
Displays each participant’s individual progress within the active gamification mechanics. - Chart-based visualization
presents the results in an interactive chart format for quick trend reading.
Reports Benefits
- Data-driven decisions
Allows you to adjust rules and rewards based on users’ real behavior. - Consolidated view of gamification
Brings together in one place metrics that previously required manual database queries. - Engagement tracking
Shows which mechanics generate more interaction and which ones need review. - Time savings in admin
Replaces external spreadsheets and manual reports with automatic dashboards.
Who Is It For?
- Course sites and communities that use GamiPress and need to measure student engagement.
- Loyalty program managers who need to track the distribution of points and rewards.
- Portal administrators with gamified BuddyPress, LearnDash, or WooCommerce who want to analyze results.
For those running a GamiPress site at scale, the Reports add-on closes an important gap by turning raw points and achievements data into actionable information within the dashboard itself. The result is a more strategic management of gamification mechanics, with a clear view of what works, what needs adjustment, and which users are truly engaged with the system.

How to install
Automatic updates: this item is updated by the Ultrapack Auto Updater. With it installed, the new version shows up in your dashboard like any other WordPress update (how to set it up).
This item is an add-on for the GamiPress plugin. Installed on its own it throws no error, but it does not work either.
- Install and activate the GamiPress plugin before this one.
- Download the file
gamipress-reports.zip. - In the WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
- Select the file
gamipress-reports.zip, click Install Now and then Activate.
- Both stay active at the same time. Deactivating the GamiPress plugin turns this add-on off with it.
- An add-on settings usually show up inside the main plugin screens, not in a menu of their own. If you find nothing new in the dashboard after activating, look there before opening a ticket.
