Manual Purchases adds a form to the WordPress dashboard for Sell Media that manually registers the purchase of an image or video, releasing the download for the customer without going through the store cart. Anyone who sells photos, illustrations, or videos outside the standard checkout, such as in a direct negotiation by email or at an in-person event, can register the sale and grant access to the file without manually recreating the order in WooCommerce.

How to Download Manual Purchases

Manual Purchases is available for download here at Ultrapack. After downloading the file, install it through Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, activate it, and the manual registration form appears inside the Sell Media dashboard.

Not every image or video sale goes through the standard cart flow, especially when contact starts outside the site. Having a way to register that sale directly in the dashboard prevents losing track of the history and keeps the customer’s access organized alongside purchases made normally through the store.
