Description
Gravity Forms MailPoet connects your form submissions to MailPoet lists, adding a dedicated field in the form editor with the newsletters visible for visitors to select. Besides the opt-in, the add-on allows mapping MailPoet custom fields to form fields (including first and last name), synchronizing batch subscriptions through bulk actions, and checking on the entries screen which newsletters that email is already subscribed to.

Extra data arrives directly in the correct fields, ready for segmented dispatches. - Visible context in support
Viewing the subscription status in the entry prevents duplicate registrations and wrong opt-in charges.
Who Is Gravity Forms MailPoet For?
- Those who already send newsletters via MailPoet and want to capture subscribers directly through site forms.
- You who maintain contact, quote, or event registration forms and need to turn those submissions into segmented contacts.
- Those managing client sites who prefer to keep lead capture inside WordPress itself.
How to Download Gravity Forms MailPoet
Gravity Forms MailPoet is available for download here on Ultrapack. After downloading the .zip file, install it at Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, select the file, and activate it. With Gravity Forms and MailPoet active, the new field will appear in the form editor’s field list.
Designed for those publishing newsletters through MailPoet, this add-on closes the gap between the form and contact list: the visitor chooses the newsletters at submission time and additional data is placed in the appropriate custom fields. Add-on support is maintained by the developer Apogi, not by the Gravity Forms team.

How to install
Automatic updates: this item is updated by the Ultrapack Auto Updater. With it installed, the new version shows up in your dashboard like any other WordPress update (how to set it up).
This item is an add-on for the Gravity Forms (Elite) plugin. Installed on its own it throws no error, but it does not work either.
- Install and activate the Gravity Forms (Elite) plugin before this one.
- Download the file
gravityformsmailpoet.zip. - In the WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
- Select the file
gravityformsmailpoet.zip, click Install Now and then Activate.
- Both stay active at the same time. Deactivating the Gravity Forms (Elite) plugin turns this add-on off with it.
- An add-on settings usually show up inside the main plugin screens, not in a menu of their own. If you find nothing new in the dashboard after activating, look there before opening a ticket.
