Description

Spellbook is the base plugin for Gravity Wiz perks for Gravity Forms and the successor to Gravity Perks: starting with version 3.0, Gravity Wiz renamed the plugin and redesigned its dashboard. Perks require it to be installed and active in order to work, and it’s where you reach perk settings inside WordPress.

Key Features of Spellbook

  • Foundation for Gravity Wiz perks
Loads the core that perks such as Limit Choices, Limit Submissions, Date Time Calculator, and Unique ID rely on to work in Gravity Forms.
  • Successor to Gravity Perks
Replaces the old Gravity Perks plugin: when activated, it deactivates the previous version and your perks keep working normally.
  • Redesigned dashboard
Brings the list of installed perks and access to their settings together in its own Gravity Forms panel.
  • Activated out of the box
The Ultrapack build doesn’t ask for a license key to unlock the perks.

How Perks Get to Your Site

  • Each perk is its own catalog item
In the Ultrapack build, Spellbook’s built-in catalog is empty: perks aren’t installed from the plugin’s dashboard. Download each perk from its page here on Ultrapack and install it like any other plugin.
  • Updates through the Ultrapack Auto-Updater
Spellbook and your perks get new versions through our Auto-Updater, not from the Gravity Wiz server.

Who Is Spellbook For?

  • Anyone using Gravity Wiz perks in Gravity Forms who needs an up-to-date base plugin.
  • Anyone still on Gravity Perks 2.x who wants to move to the new line without losing their form settings.

How to Download Spellbook

Spellbook is available for download here on Ultrapack. Step-by-step instructions for installing this file are in the How to install tab, next to the description. If you still need the older line, Gravity Perks 2.x is available as an alternative download on this same page.
