Description
The Fluent-view Layouts addon adds more than 20 skins to the shortcodes and individual event pages of Modern Events Calendar, including a selectable fluid look in the skins area with no special settings. For sites that publish calendars, schedules, and recurring events, the extension strengthens the visual layer of MEC with responsive layouts, filters with a new interface, and individual event widgets better organized for reading on desktop and mobile devices.

Who Is It For?
- Websites that already use Modern Events Calendar to promote events.
- Agencies that configure WordPress calendars for clients with a visual focus.
- Organizers who need to display schedules, bookings, and events with cleaner readability.
Fluent-view Layouts works as an additional visual component for the Modern Events Calendar ecosystem, requiring MEC Lite or Pro installed to apply its skins. The module is recommended when the calendar is already functional but needs more up-to-date presentations for shortcodes, filters, booking system, and individual event pages, without changing the core logic for registering and managing events.

How to install
Automatic updates: this item is updated by the Ultrapack Auto Updater. With it installed, the new version shows up in your dashboard like any other WordPress update (how to set it up).
This item is an add-on for the Modern Events Calendar plugin. Installed on its own it throws no error, but it does not work either.
- Install and activate the Modern Events Calendar plugin before this one.
- Download the file
mec-fluent-layouts.zip. - In the WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
- Select the file
mec-fluent-layouts.zip, click Install Now and then Activate.
- Both stay active at the same time. Deactivating the Modern Events Calendar plugin turns this add-on off with it.
- An add-on settings usually show up inside the main plugin screens, not in a menu of their own. If you find nothing new in the dashboard after activating, look there before opening a ticket.
