Description
The Waiting List add-on adds a waitlist to the Modern Events Calendar booking flow for events with no available spots, displaying a sign-up form for visitors to register interest when event capacity has already been reached. With this additional module, organizers of courses, conferences, workshops, and in-person meetups can map pent-up demand, prioritize contacts in case of cancellations, and plan new dates based on actual demand.

Who Is It For?
- Organizers who use Modern Events Calendar for events with limited spots.
- Schools, course creators, workshops, and in-person or online conferences.
- Websites that need to measure interest in sold-out events before opening new dates.
The Waiting List add-on is recommended for operations that do not want to treat a sold-out event as the end of contact with the visitor. By creating a waitlist path within Modern Events Calendar, the component keeps interest registered, makes it easier to organize priorities, and turns the lack of availability into useful information for schedule, capacity, and communication decisions.
