Description
The Dokan addon connects myCred to the multivendor marketplace Dokan via WordPress hooks, allowing you to reward vendors with points, money, or both depending on profile, product ratings, and sales volume. Built for those who run a Dokan marketplace and want to engage sellers through gamification, it adds configurable commission rules and automatic triggers fired by store owners’ actions within the platform.
Key Features of Dokan
- Flexible commission per vendor
Set commission values in cash, myCred points, or a combination of both formats. - Rewards for product reviews
Distributes points to vendors based on the ratings received on their products in the marketplace. - Rewards for profile reviews
Rewards vendors based on the reviews assigned to the store’s public profile. - Sales target bonus
Activates additional commissions when the vendor’s accumulated total sales exceed a configured value. - Multisite compatibility
Allows installation on both a single site and WordPress multisite environments.
Benefits of Dokan
- Higher vendor engagement
The points layer turns the Dokan dashboard into a gamified environment and encourages active presence. - Direct incentive toward commercial goals
Linking bonuses to revenue and reviews guides vendors to improve customer service and product mix. - Hybrid commission model
Combining cash with points creates room for loyalty programs within the marketplace itself. - Centralized setup in the dashboard
Rules are defined by the administrator without needing additional code or custom development.
Who Is Dokan Intended For?
- Anyone running a multivendor marketplace with Dokan and WooCommerce and wants to reward vendors beyond traditional commission.
- For you who already use myCred in other areas of the site and want to extend the points economy to the vendor ecosystem.
- Anyone who needs to structure B2B loyalty programs, rewarding store owners for positive reviews and revenue targets.
How to Download Dokan
The Dokan addon is available for download here on Ultrapack. After downloading the .zip file, install it in Plugins > Add New > Upload plugin, select the file, and activate it. With myCred and Dokan already active, the commission and reward options start appearing in the myCred hook settings.
Designed for marketplaces that want to go beyond fixed commission, the Dokan integration turns the myCred points system into a vendor management tool. Product and profile reviews become automatic bonus triggers, and the administrator keeps all incentive logic in the same panel where they already manage the rest of the site’s points, without maintaining parallel reward routines.
