Who Is It For?
- Site administrators who use myCred for points, rewards, or gamification.
- Communities, membership areas, and platforms with recurring scoring cycles.
- Projects needing to reset balances by user role without individual adjustments.
Reset Points works as an additional component for maintenance routines within the myCred ecosystem, especially when scoring needs to return to an initial state. Instead of handling each user separately, the administrator applies the reset by roles, keeping the process more consistent in campaigns, rankings, internal programs, and periodic point-based actions.
