Description

The WP Users Pro addon connects native WordPress registration to Newsletter, automatically syncing new users as subscribers in the plugin database and adding an opt-in option to the registration form. Designed for sites with member areas, forums, or communities, it keeps the contact list aligned with the WP user table without manual import work.

Main Features

  • Registration synchronization
Subscribes new WordPress users to the Newsletter list at signup.
  • Opt-in on the registration form
Adds a consent checkbox to the standard WP registration screen.
  • Link between user_id and subscriber
Connects each Newsletter registration to the corresponding user ID in WordPress.
  • Two-way profile updates
Reflects changes to the user’s email and name directly in the subscriber profile.
  • Compatibility with the Newsletter dashboard
Works with lists, segments, and campaigns configured in the base plugin.

Benefits of the WP Users Pro Addon

  • Always up-to-date contact database
Eliminates discrepancies between registered users and newsletter subscribers.
  • Less operational work
Eliminates manual exports and imports between the member area and email lists.
  • Direct communication with members
Allows sending segmented campaigns to those who already have an account on the site.
  • Capture at the right time
Takes advantage of the registration step, when intent is higher, to grow the list.

Who Is It Recommended For?

  • Membership sites, communities, and forums that use native WordPress registration.
  • Content portals with restricted areas that want to align users and subscribers.
  • Administrators who already use Newsletter and want to automate subscriber acquisition from registration.

This addon is recommended for those who operate communities, member areas, or portals with their own registration and need to unify WordPress users and Newsletter subscribers in a single database. By automating the link between the two tables, it reduces duplication errors and keeps the email channel consistently aligned with the actual number of active accounts on the site.
