Description
The Developer’s Toolkit addon adds to Paid Memberships Pro a set of technical screens for checkout debugging, database scripts (bulk subscription cancellation, user data deletion, and report cleanup), and a configuration migration assistant between installations. It also unlocks dedicated WP-CLI commands, Action Scheduler job control, and utilities to prepare data when importing the site into a staging environment.
Key Features of Developer’s Toolkit
- Bulk database scripts
Performs subscription cancellations, member data deletion, and cleanup of PMPro report tables. - Dedicated WP-CLI commands
Runs the same routines through the command line to integrate with deployment pipelines and automations. - Migration assistant
Transfers email templates, membership levels, and PMPro settings between source and destination installations. - Action Scheduler control
Temporarily disables specific scheduled jobs without interfering with other site processes. - Staging utilities
Suspends real email delivery and neutralizes member data when importing the database into a testing environment.
Benefits of Developer’s Toolkit
- Maintenance without manual SQL
Avoids direct database queries to clean up PMPro members, subscriptions, and report tables. - More predictable migrations
Reduces human error when replicating settings between development, staging, and production, maintaining behavior parity. - Faster diagnostics
Speeds up identification of checkout and transactional email delivery failures before they reach support. - Secure staging by default
Prevents accidental delivery of real notifications to members when uploading a database clone for testing.
Who Is Developer’s Toolkit For?
- Those who maintain multiple WordPress sites with Paid Memberships Pro and need to replicate settings between them without manually recreating each configuration.
- Agencies that deliver membership projects and require a staging environment free from real email sends to the member base.
- Developers who automate PMPro maintenance through WP-CLI during deployments, server changes, or correction of inconsistent data.
How to Download Developer’s Toolkit
Developer’s Toolkit is available for download here on Ultrapack. After downloading the .zip file, install it in Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, select the package, and activate it. The modules will then appear in Settings > Toolkit and Tools > Toolkit Migration, within the Paid Memberships Pro menu.
Designed for contexts where PMPro has already been running in production for some time, Developer’s Toolkit works as a toolbox for tasks that would normally require direct database access or cron editing. The combination of assisted scripts, WP-CLI commands, and migration workflow reduces operational risk in critical routines such as server changes, cycle closure, and correction of inconsistencies in databases with a considerable volume of members.
