Description
The MailChimp addon connects Paid Memberships Pro membership levels to Mailchimp lists and audiences, automatically synchronizing new members as subscribers and moving contacts between lists as status changes. The integration reads the registration email, applies tags by membership level, and maintains a segmented database for welcome, renewal, and reengagement campaigns targeting those who subscribe to restricted content on the site.

How to Download MailChimp
MailChimp is available for download here at Ultrapack. After downloading the .zip file, install it via Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, select the file, and activate it. With Paid Memberships Pro already active, Mailchimp account connection options will appear in the PMPro settings menu.
Designed for those already running subscriptions with Paid Memberships Pro and using Mailchimp as their email hub, this component bridges both sides without intermediate coding. The combination delivers level-based segmentation, continuous synchronization, and campaigns linked to the member lifecycle, a practical gain for those relying on email as a retention channel.

How to install
Automatic updates: this item is updated by the Ultrapack Auto Updater. With it installed, the new version shows up in your dashboard like any other WordPress update (how to set it up).
This item is an add-on for the Paid Memberships Pro plugin. Installed on its own it throws no error, but it does not work either.
- Install and activate the Paid Memberships Pro plugin before this one.
- Download the file
pmpro-mailchimp.zip. - In the WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
- Select the file
pmpro-mailchimp.zip, click Install Now and then Activate.
- Both stay active at the same time. Deactivating the Paid Memberships Pro plugin turns this add-on off with it.
- An add-on settings usually show up inside the main plugin screens, not in a menu of their own. If you find nothing new in the dashboard after activating, look there before opening a ticket.
