Description
The Variable Pricing addon is designed for member communities, contribution-supported projects, and organizations without a fixed fee, with a field that adds custom price to membership checkout in Paid Memberships Pro and minimum, maximum, and suggested value rules per level. It replaces the default initial and recurring amount with the member’s entered amount, maintaining financial control for donation models, conscious payment, and flexible subscriptions.

Blocks payments below the limit set for each level. - Maximum value

How to Download Variable Pricing
Variable Pricing is available for download here at Ultrapack. After downloading the .zip file, install it via Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, select the .zip, and activate. Then configure the feature on the membership levels of Paid Memberships Pro.
Variable Pricing fits free price logic within the native Paid Memberships Pro level flow without changing billing cycles, trial periods, or expiration rules. The addon’s focus is solely adjusting the charged amount, allowing the creation of campaigns, communities, and support programs with variable contribution and limits defined in the dashboard.

How to install
Automatic updates: this item is updated by the Ultrapack Auto Updater. With it installed, the new version shows up in your dashboard like any other WordPress update (how to set it up).
This item is an add-on for the Paid Memberships Pro plugin. Installed on its own it throws no error, but it does not work either.
- Install and activate the Paid Memberships Pro plugin before this one.
- Download the file
pmpro-variable-pricing.zip. - In the WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
- Select the file
pmpro-variable-pricing.zip, click Install Now and then Activate.
- Both stay active at the same time. Deactivating the Paid Memberships Pro plugin turns this add-on off with it.
- An add-on settings usually show up inside the main plugin screens, not in a menu of their own. If you find nothing new in the dashboard after activating, look there before opening a ticket.
