Description
The RoleMaster Suite addon brings granular user role control to WP Adminify Pro, letting you define which admin menus, modules, and screen sections are visible to each role registered in WordPress. Teams with multiple collaborators can centralize every access setting inside the WP Adminify Pro environment, with no need for separate role management plugins.
Key Features of RoleMaster Suite
- Per-role menu control
Hide or show admin menu items for each configured user role. - Custom role creation
Add new roles to WordPress with capabilities defined right in the WP Adminify Pro panel. - Cloning of existing roles
Duplicate default WordPress roles as a starting point for variations with adjusted permissions. - Granular capability assignment
Set individually which permissions each role has over posts, pages, and site options. - Dashboard access restriction
Redirect or block users in specific roles when they try to reach unauthorized areas.
Benefits of RoleMaster Suite
- Less exposure to operational mistakes
Collaborators see only the screens they need, cutting down on unwanted changes to critical settings. - Centralized access management
Removes the need to install extra role control plugins in WordPress. - A tailored experience for every team
Each member works within their own scope without reaching settings outside their role. - Faster onboarding
New accounts automatically inherit the permissions of the assigned role, with no manual setup per user.
Who Is RoleMaster Suite For?
- Digital agencies that need to limit client and collaborator access to specific sections of the WordPress dashboard.
- Developers who deliver managed sites and need to isolate what each user profile can view or edit.
- In-house teams with multiple roles (editor, administrator, writer) that need clear admin access boundaries.
How to Download RoleMaster Suite
RoleMaster Suite is available for download on this page. Once you’ve downloaded the .zip file, install it under Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, select the file, and activate it. As an add-on for WP Adminify Pro, the base plugin must be installed and active for the module’s features to show up in the dashboard.
For teams that rely on WP Adminify Pro as the foundation of their admin panel, RoleMaster Suite fills the granular access control gap without requiring outside tools. Every user role gets its own tailored view, from hidden menu items to editing permissions scoped by role, all managed within the same environment you’ve already customized.
