Description

The Summary Emails addon replaces the individual email notifications of QSM with a consolidated summary, grouping all quiz submissions and sending a single report daily or weekly. Designed for those who run recurring feedback surveys or monitor long-duration responses, it prevents inbox noise and keeps visibility of consolidated results in a single scheduled trigger from the Quiz And Survey Master dashboard.

Key Features of the Summary Emails

  • Grouped summary by period
Consolidates the day’s or week’s submissions into a single scheduled email.
  • Daily or weekly frequency
Sets the send cadence directly from the QSM panel, without external scheduling.
  • Integrated test email
Triggers a test send to validate layout and variables before activating the cadence.
  • Own summary template
Dedicated editor to adjust content and appearance of the consolidated email.
  • QSM-compatible formatting
Reuses customization options already used in standard QSM notification emails.

Benefits of the Summary Emails

  • Less inbox noise
Replaces a deluge of notifications with a single report per period.
  • Consolidated readout of responses
Allows reviewing all submissions at once instead of evaluating one by one.
  • Quick configuration in the panel
Frequency and template are accessible with a few clicks within the Quiz And Survey Master.
  • Validation before going live
The test send prevents the first summary from reaching the recipient with a formatting error.

Who the Summary Emails is Recommended For?

  • Those who run continuous feedback surveys and prefer to track results in batches, not per send.
  • Those who maintain quizzes with high submission volumes and want to avoid excessive notification emails.
  • Those who already use the Quiz And Survey Master and need to reduce operational noise without losing data visibility.

How to Download the Summary Emails

The Summary Emails is available for download here on Ultrapack. After downloading the .zip file, install it via Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, select the file and enable it. Once activated, the summary options appear within each quiz in the Quiz And Survey Master.

In a scenario where quizzes and surveys receive dozens or hundreds of submissions weekly, reading each isolated notification becomes operational noise. The Summary Emails addon resolves this friction with a consolidated report, keeping an organized history and freeing the inbox without requiring manual email filters or provider redirect rules.
