Description
The Enforce Strong Passwords addon adds password strength validation to the Restrict Content Pro registration form, requiring a minimum combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters before approving account creation. The check runs in real-time during new member registration and blocks submissions with weak passwords, reducing the risk of account invasions with restricted content or paid subscription areas.

How to Download Enforce Strong Passwords
The Enforce Strong Passwords addon is available for download here at Ultrapack. After downloading the .zip file, install it in Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, select the .zip, and activate. Keep Restrict Content Pro active on your site, as the addon depends on the base plugin to validate passwords in the registration flow.
Targeted at those who operate subscription platforms, closed communities, or protected download repositories via Restrict Content Pro, the addon takes action at the most sensitive moment in the member’s life cycle, password creation. The configured policy bars obvious credentials from the start, avoiding the work of remediating invaded accounts later and reinforcing members’ trust in the site’s infrastructure.

- Download the file
rcp-strong-passwords.zip. - In the WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
- Select the file
rcp-strong-passwords.zip, click Install Now and then Activate.
Requirements: Requires WordPress 6.0 or higher. Tested up to WordPress 6.3.
- Both stay active at the same time. Deactivating the Kadence Memberships Pro (ex Restrict Content Pro) plugin turns this add-on off with it.
- An add-on settings usually show up inside the main plugin screens, not in a menu of their own. If you find nothing new in the dashboard after activating, look there before opening a ticket.
