UsersWP Friends

Description

The Friends addon adds to UsersWP a complete system for social connections between members, creating buttons to send a request, accept, decline, and block directly on the user profiles. Designed for those who run communities, niche networks, membership sites, or professional directories, it transforms the standard registration into a network with direct links between members and private friend lists.

• Request button on profile
Inserts action to send a friend request directly on each user’s page.
• Acceptance and rejection flow
Creates an area dedicated to the member to manage received and responded requests.

Who is Friends intended for?

• Those already using UsersWP in a niche community and want to transform profiles into a network with direct connections.
• Targeted at those maintaining professional directories, clubs, or associations that rely on relationships between members.
• Those who need to add social dynamics to membership sites, forums, or theme-based networks built on WordPress.

How to Download Friends

Friends is available for download here on Ultrapack. After saving the .zip file, install it in Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, select the file and activate it. Remember to keep UsersWP active, as the addon relies on it to register friend actions on profiles.

For those operating a community on UsersWP, Friends closes an important gap by bringing the classic social network concept inside profiles. Instead of merely listing members, the site starts recording who knows whom, who accepted whom, and who should be excluded, giving real substance to interactions among members.
