Description
Zapier is an addon for WPFomify that connects events received through Zapier to the social proof alerts of WPFomify, using external automations to feed notifications displayed on the site. This additional component helps those who capture leads or sales in other apps and want to turn those records into visual activity signals, without relying on manual registration inside the WordPress panel.
Key Features of Zapier
- Connection to Zapier
Receives events from external automations and forwards data to WPFomify. - Social Proof Alerts
Uses received records to feed notifications displayed on the site. - Automation Flow
Allows triggering WPFomify campaigns from configured Zaps. - Conversion Data
Works with leads, orders or actions sent externally. - Modular Add-on

Benefits of Zapier
- Less Manual Registration
External records can become notifications without repetitive typing in the panel. - More Social Proof

Apps used in the operation now feed WPFomify campaigns. - More Scalable Routine
New conversions can enter the flow as automations trigger.
Who is Zapier Recommended For?
- Users of WPFomify who want to display notifications based on events from other apps.
- Those who capture leads via forms, CRMs or external tools and want to reuse that data on the site.
- Those who work with automations in Zapier and need to connect those flows to social proof in WordPress.
How to Download Zapier
The Zapier is available for download here on Ultrapack. After downloading the .zip file, install it in Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, select the package and activate it in the WordPress dashboard. Keep WPFomify active so the integration works.
The Zapier expands the use of WPFomify in operations that already rely on automation between tools. Rather than limiting notifications to data entered directly into the plugin, the extension allows leveraging events captured outside WordPress, keeping social proof more aligned with the real conversion flow.

How to install
Automatic updates: this item is updated by the Ultrapack Auto Updater. With it installed, the new version shows up in your dashboard like any other WordPress update (how to set it up).
This item is an add-on for the WPFomify plugin. Installed on its own it throws no error, but it does not work either.
- Install and activate the WPFomify plugin before this one.
- Download the file
wpfomify-zapier.zip. - In the WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
- Select the file
wpfomify-zapier.zip, click Install Now and then Activate.
- Both stay active at the same time. Deactivating the WPFomify plugin turns this add-on off with it.
- An add-on settings usually show up inside the main plugin screens, not in a menu of their own. If you find nothing new in the dashboard after activating, look there before opening a ticket.
