Description
The Form Pages addon converts any WPForms form into a dedicated landing page, without the WordPress theme header, menu, or footer, activated with one click in the builder. Designed for those who need to run lead generation campaigns, surveys, event registrations, or membership sign-ups, it isolates the form on its own responsive page, with a color scheme, scroll animation, shadow, and rounded corners configurable in the dashboard.
Key Features of Form Pages
- Dedicated page mode
Transforms the form into a landing page without theme distractions with one click in the builder. - Ready-made color schemes
Applies predefined palettes to the form directly through the style settings. - Configurable scroll animation
Controls the transition effect that follows scrolling throughout the page. - Shadow and rounded corners
Toggles these visual settings on the form card without requiring CSS editing. - Style export and import
Copies the visual settings from one form and replicates them in others to standardize campaigns.

Style cloning maintains the same standard across multiple forms and campaigns.
Who Is Form Pages Recommended For?
- Those who run lead generation campaigns and need pages without the site’s menu and footer.
- Those who conduct online surveys or open event registrations through WPForms and want a dedicated URL to share.
- Those who already use WPForms Pro and want to publish forms as landing pages without editing templates or code.
How to Download Form Pages
Form Pages is available for download here at Ultrapack. After downloading the .zip file, install it under Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, select the file, and activate the addon. With WPForms Pro active, the dedicated page option will appear in the settings for each form in the builder.
By removing the form from the theme context and placing it at its own URL, Form Pages shortens the visitor’s journey to submission and eliminates the visual noise that headers, menus, and sidebars often impose. Compatibility with the WPForms ecosystem, including Zapier and Uncanny Automator, preserves the notifications and automations already configured, now applied to pages designed exclusively for conversion in paid and organic campaigns.
