Description
The User Management addon turns WS Form forms into WordPress registration, login, password recovery, and profile editing screens, mapping form fields directly to user data (name, email, password, meta fields, role). Designed for those who need to replace the default wp-login.php screens with custom forms, it connects each submission to a concrete user action with full control over redirects and messages.
Main Features of User Management
- User registration
Creates new WordPress users from fields mapped in the WS Form form. - Custom login
Authenticates visitors through a custom form, replacing the default wp-login.php screen. - Profile editing
Allows logged-in users to update name, email, password, and extra fields from the front-end. - Password recovery
Triggers the WordPress password reset flow via WS Form’s own form. - Role mapping
Links form fields to WordPress roles, meta keys, and specific capabilities.
Benefits of User Management
- Unified visual identity
Access screens align with the site design, maintaining consistency with the standard admin. - Shorter onboarding
Registration, validation, and login concentrated in custom forms reduce visitor friction. - Enriched data collection during signup
Extra fields feed the user profile from first contact, avoiding two-step registrations. - End-user autonomy
Front-end data editing and password changes reduce support tickets and dashboard access.
Who Is User Management Recommended For?
- Those operating membership sites requiring integrated registration and login within the layout.
- Designed for communities, educational portals, or restricted areas aiming to eliminate wp-login.php.
- Those who want to collect extra profile data at signup without a second form.
- Users already using WS Form in other workflows wanting to centralize authentication in the same builder.
How to Download User Management
User Management is available for download here on Ultrapack. After downloading the .zip file, install it via Plugins > Add New > Upload plugin, select the file, and activate it along with WS Form. New user actions will appear in the form action settings.
By extending WS Form to identity tasks, User Management prevents the site from relying on parallel membership plugins just for registration and login. Everything goes through the same form builder, using the same conditional logic, validation, and style already configured in other project forms, maintaining a single maintenance point.
