Description
The ConvertKit addon connects AutomatorWP to your ConvertKit email-marketing account, enabling automations created in WordPress to add subscribers to forms and sequences, as well as to apply or remove tags based on events triggered in other plugins. With it, you sync WooCommerce purchases, GamiPress achievements, or ARForms submissions directly with your contact list, turning site actions into automatic segmentation within ConvertKit.
Key Features
- Add user to form: action that automatically enrolls the user in a ConvertKit form when the AutomatorWP trigger is satisfied.
- Add user to sequence: sends the contact to a specific email sequence, initiating the nurture funnel.
- Apply and remove tags: actions that add or remove tags from the user in ConvertKit based on their behavior on the site.
- Pro actions for subscribers: extended version with actions that operate directly on subscribers – add to form, add to sequence, and manage tags per subscriber.
- Extensive compatibility: works in tandem with plugin triggers such as WooCommerce, GamiPress, ARForms, and other integrations supported by AutomatorWP.
ConvertKit Benefits
- Automatic segmentation: every purchase, signup, or achievement on the site becomes a tagging criterion, keeping the ConvertKit base organized without manual effort.
- Synchronized funnels: contacts enter email sequences at the right moment in the relationship cycle, without intermediary spreadsheets or Zapier.
- Centralized in AutomatorWP: the WordPress automations panel becomes the single control point between the site and the email-marketing tool.
- Leveraging the ecosystem: combines data from various WordPress plugins into coherent workflows that feed the email strategy.
Who Is It For?
- Content creators and info-product producers who use ConvertKit as their primary email tool.
- WooCommerce stores that want to segment buyers by product, value, or frequency directly in ConvertKit.
- Member sites, courses, and communities that need to trigger email sequences from WordPress events.
Recommended for those already working with ConvertKit who want to eliminate manual steps between WordPress and the contact list, linking site behavior to email flows with precision.
