Description
Forminator addon connects Forminator Forms to AutomatorWP, turning each form submission into a trigger for automations within WordPress. With it, you trigger flows that send personalized emails, assign badges, create users, update profile data, or notify teams as soon as a visitor submits a quiz, poll, or contact form, mapping the filled fields directly as dynamic tags in the configured actions — no code or external webhooks needed.
Main Features
- Form submission trigger: fires automations when a user submits any Forminator form on the site.
- Quiz submission trigger: starts flows based on the result of a quiz, allowing responses according to score or answer.
- Poll submission trigger: triggers actions as soon as a visitor casts a vote in a poll.
- Field mapping as dynamic tags: reuses the values submitted by the form within subsequent recipe actions.
- Filter by specific form: chooses whether the automation responds to all forms or only a specific quiz, poll, or form.
Forminator Benefits
- Direct connection: links registrations made via Forminator to other plugins supported by AutomatorWP without the need for Zapier or external services.
- Data reuse: uses field content as variables in following steps, speeding up response sending and record filling.
- Post-submission automation: reduces manual tasks like registering leads, assigning courses, distributing coupons, or scoring users after each submission.
- Flow centralization: keeps forms and business rules in a single panel, making it easier to maintain site automations.
Who Is It For?
- Sites capturing leads via Forminator and wanting to route each submission to CRM, email list, or membership area.
- Educational and gamification platforms using quizzes and polls to distribute badges, points, or unlock content.
- Agencies and professionals building automations in AutomatorWP who need to use forms as the starting point for recipes.
Recommended for those already working with AutomatorWP and Forminator looking to unify data capture and automation in a single flow, without relying on external integrators.

How to install
Automatic updates: this item is updated by the Ultrapack Auto Updater. With it installed, the new version shows up in your dashboard like any other WordPress update (how to set it up).
This item is an add-on for the AutomatorWP plugin. Installed on its own it throws no error, but it does not work either.
- Install and activate the AutomatorWP plugin before this one.
- Download the file
automatorwp-forminator.zip. - In the WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
- Select the file
automatorwp-forminator.zip, click Install Now and then Activate.
- Both stay active at the same time. Deactivating the AutomatorWP plugin turns this add-on off with it.
- An add-on settings usually show up inside the main plugin screens, not in a menu of their own. If you find nothing new in the dashboard after activating, look there before opening a ticket.
