Description
The Fluent Support addon connects the Fluent Support ticket system to AutomatorWP, turning support center actions into triggers for automations in WordPress. With it, each new ticket created, customer response sent, or status change can trigger automated flows, ideal for support teams looking to integrate service with CRMs, gamification, notifications, and other integrations already set up in AutomatorWP.
Main Features
- New ticket trigger: fires automations when a customer opens a ticket in Fluent Support, passing requester and subject data to the following steps.
- Customer response trigger: initiates flows when the user sends a new message within an existing ticket.
- Status change trigger: reacts to ticket state changes such as opened, in progress, closed, or resolved.
- Ticket field mapping: provides information like product, priority, assigned agent, and category for use in subsequent AutomatorWP actions.
- Compatibility with the AutomatorWP ecosystem: combines Fluent Support triggers with actions from other installed integrations, linking support, marketing, and user management.
Benefits of Fluent Support
- Support connected to the rest of the site: eliminates manual tasks by translating helpdesk events into automatic actions in other plugins.
- Real-time customer tracking: allows triggering emails, tags, or points at the exact moment the ticket changes state.
- Post-sale standardization: ensures that every support interaction feeds CRMs, lists, and reports consistently.
- Code-free construction: automations are built within the AutomatorWP editor without the need for external webhooks or custom scripts.
Who Is It For?
- Support teams using Fluent Support who want to integrate support with other WordPress plugins.
- Stores and SaaS needing to trigger marketing or gamification flows based on opened tickets.
- Agencies and developers delivering customized automation solutions to clients.
Recommended for projects already operating with Fluent Support as a service center and wanting to turn each ticket into a starting point for automations inside AutomatorWP.
