Description
The JetFormBuilder addon connects JetFormBuilder forms to AutomatorWP, triggering automations whenever a user submits a form published on your site. The data from filled fields becomes available as dynamic tags within AutomatorWP actions, allowing you to chain email sending, user creation, points assignment, and other tasks from each submission recorded in the dashboard.
Main Features
- Form submission trigger: starts an automation in AutomatorWP every time a JetFormBuilder form is successfully submitted.
- Field mapping as dynamic tags: reuses the values entered by the user (name, email, phone, custom fields) within the next flow actions.
- Specific form selection: allows restricting the trigger to a particular form or applying it to any form published on the site.
- Compatibility with Gutenberg fields: recognizes native JetFormBuilder field blocks, including text, selection, upload, and conditional fields.
- Chaining with other addons: combines the submission trigger with actions from WooCommerce, LearnDash, MailChimp, BuddyBoss, and other connectors in the AutomatorWP ecosystem.
JetFormBuilder Benefits
- Post-submission automation without code: eliminates the need for custom PHP hooks to react to form submissions.
- Lead capture connected to the rest of the site: turns each form into an entry point for email sequences, account creation, and user scoring.
- Reuse of form data: uses submitted values in any subsequent action, avoiding manual data re-entry.
- Flow centralization in AutomatorWP: keeps all automation logic visible in a single dashboard, along with other site rules.

How to install
Automatic updates: this item is updated by the Ultrapack Auto Updater. With it installed, the new version shows up in your dashboard like any other WordPress update (how to set it up).
This item is an add-on for the AutomatorWP plugin. Installed on its own it throws no error, but it does not work either.
- Install and activate the AutomatorWP plugin before this one.
- Download the file
automatorwp-jetformbuilder.zip. - In the WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
- Select the file
automatorwp-jetformbuilder.zip, click Install Now and then Activate.
- Both stay active at the same time. Deactivating the AutomatorWP plugin turns this add-on off with it.
- An add-on settings usually show up inside the main plugin screens, not in a menu of their own. If you find nothing new in the dashboard after activating, look there before opening a ticket.
