Description
The Ultimate Member addon connects user profiles from the Ultimate Member plugin to AutomatorWP, triggering automations when an account is approved, marked inactive, when a member changes profile photo or cover, updates description or account data, or when their status changes in a group. Each trigger can activate actions from other addons integrated into AutomatorWP, such as assigning tags, awarding points, revoking achievements, or sending emails to a newly registered member.
Key Features
- Account approval triggers: fire flows when a member account is approved or marked inactive by the administrator.
- Profile photo and cover events: respond when the user changes or removes the profile picture or cover.
- Profile data updates: trigger automations when a member edits the description or modifies account information.
- Ultimate Member group events: trigger workflows when a user is approved in a group or has their status changed within it.
- Integration with the AutomatorWP ecosystem: combines Ultimate Member triggers with actions from other addons available in AutomatorWP, without the need for code.
Benefits of the Ultimate Member
- Automated onboarding: sends messages, assigns tags, or releases content the moment an account is approved.
- Continuous engagement: rewards profile updates and group participation with points, achievements, or notifications.
- Reactivation of inactive members: triggers specific campaigns when an account is marked inactive, returning the member to the funnel.
- Fewer manual hooks: eliminates the need to write custom PHP hooks to integrate Ultimate Member with other plugins.

Automatic updates: this item is updated by the Ultrapack Auto Updater. With it installed, the new version shows up in your dashboard like any other WordPress update (how to set it up).
This item is an add-on for the AutomatorWP plugin. Installed on its own it throws no error, but it does not work either.
- Install and activate the AutomatorWP plugin before this one.
- Download the file
automatorwp-ultimate-member.zip. - In the WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
- Select the file
automatorwp-ultimate-member.zip, click Install Now and then Activate.
- Both stay active at the same time. Deactivating the AutomatorWP plugin turns this add-on off with it.
- An add-on settings usually show up inside the main plugin screens, not in a menu of their own. If you find nothing new in the dashboard after activating, look there before opening a ticket.
