Description
The WP Fusion addon connects AutomatorWP to the WP Fusion plugin, allowing automations to trigger CRM tag application and removal, contact synchronization, and custom field updates in email marketing and CRM services compatible with WP Fusion. With this addon, WordPress events function as triggers for workflows in the CRM, and changes in the CRM trigger actions within the site, integrating AutomatorWP’s automation flow into the CRM ecosystem supported by the WP Fusion plugin.
Main Features
- Tag-based triggers: automations start when a specific tag is applied or removed from the contact in the CRM connected by WP Fusion.
- Tag management actions: AutomatorWP automations apply or remove tags from the contact based on events happening in WordPress.
- Custom field updates: data collected on the site sends values to contact fields in the CRM, keeping records aligned.
- Contact synchronization: actions create or update contacts in the CRM from new registrations, purchases, or WordPress events.
- Wide CRM compatibility: leverages WP Fusion’s native connectors to reach any platform already supported by it.
WP Fusion Benefits
- Centralized automation: unifies site and CRM rules within the same AutomatorWP visual builder.
- Real-time reaction: tag changes in the CRM trigger actions in WordPress without waiting for external cron.
- Reduction of intermediate tools: removes the need for webhooks or paid connectors to sync site and CRM.
- Consistent registration: keeps contact tags and fields always coherent with what happens on the site.
Who Is It For?
- Marketing professionals who segment leads by tags in CRMs like ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and similar ones already supported by WP Fusion.
- Owners of course, membership, and e-commerce sites who need to reflect purchases, accesses, and registrations directly in the CRM.
- Agencies and consultancies that structure customer journeys by crossing WordPress events with email marketing flows.
Recommended for those who already use WP Fusion as a CRM bridge and want to turn tags and custom fields into triggers and actions within AutomatorWP.
