Description
The Webhooks addon automatically sends the data from every WPForms form submission to any external URL, supporting GET, POST, PUT, PATCH, and DELETE requests with custom headers and parameters. It is aimed at anyone who needs to connect WordPress forms to CRMs, ERPs, internal systems, or automation tools such as Zapier, Make, and n8n without writing a single line of PHP code.

Fires several parallel requests to different destinations from the same submission. - Conditional trigger logic
Triggers the webhook only when the submission meets rules defined by field value.

How to Download Webhooks
The Webhooks addon is available for download here on Ultrapack. After downloading the .zip file, install it in Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, select the file, and activate it. With WPForms already active, the Webhooks tab appears within each form’s settings, ready for configuring endpoints and mapping fields.
By turning every form submission into a structured HTTP event, Webhooks opens up WPForms to unlimited integrations with any service that accepts REST calls. It is the technical choice for anyone who needs fine-grained control over where data goes, without being held hostage by ready-made connectors or intermediary platforms that charge per execution volume.
