Daily download limit: how it works

Where to see how many are left, what counts as a download, and what to do when they run out early.

Account and downloads

Each plan gives you a number of downloads per day. The number remaining today shows on the item’s own page, above the button: it’s the most reliable reading, because it comes from your account and not from a general table.

What counts

One download of an item counts as one. Downloading the same item again on the same day usually doesn’t count again, which prevents an interrupted connection from consuming two slots. Browsing, favoriting, and viewing the item page don’t count at all.

When the count resets

At midnight (GMT-3). The counter goes back to the plan’s total without you having to do anything: there’s no reset button and no need to open a ticket for it.

Make the most of your daily download limit

  • Keep what you downloaded. An organized folder on your computer or in the cloud avoids re-downloading the same item every time you build a new site.
  • Use favorites. The favorites list, inside your account, lets you set aside what you want without using a download, and plan the order you’ll download in.
  • Leave updating to the Auto Updater. This is the biggest gain for anyone maintaining multiple sites: instead of downloading the ZIP for every updated item, the Ultrapack Auto Updater brings the update straight into the WordPress dashboard.

I need more per day

The limit goes up with the plan. The plan comparison table and what each one covers is on the homepage, and the switch is made in your account, with the amount already paid factored into the upgrade.

The counter is wrong

If the number doesn’t match what you actually downloaded (stuck at zero without you having used it, or didn’t reset at midnight (GMT-3)), open a ticket stating what the dashboard shows, how many items you actually downloaded today, and at what time. That’s enough for us to check the record on our end.
