Description
The RSVP Events Invitees add-on adds to EventON a manageable guest list for each event, allowing participants to be registered by name and controlling who has confirmed attendance, declined, or has not yet responded. Designed for private events such as weddings, corporate meetings, and gatherings, the module restricts RSVP access to those on the official list, eliminating unwanted registrations and maintaining an accurate attendance count.
Key Features
- Guest list for each event
Registers participants by name for every event created in EventON. - Individual confirmation control
Records each guest’s status as confirmed, declined, or pending. - RSVP restricted to guests
Blocks responses from visitors who are not on the event’s official list. - Management through the EventON dashboard
Centralizes guest administration on the same event editing screen. - Attendance tracking
Displays real-time counts of confirmations, declines, and pending responses.
Benefits of RSVP Events Invitees
- Truly private events
Ensures that only invited people take part in the confirmation process. - Accurate participant count
Makes it easier to plan space, food, and materials using real numbers. - Centralized organization
Keeps all guest management within EventON itself, without external tools. - Reduction of improper registrations
Prevents confirmations from unauthorized people or duplicate registrations.
Who Is It Recommended For?
- Organizers of weddings, parties, and celebrations with a closed guest list.
- Companies that hold internal meetings, training sessions, and corporate gatherings.
- Associations, clubs, and institutions that host exclusive events for members.
- Professionals who use EventON and need named attendance control.
By transforming EventON RSVP into a system based on a named list, the add-on serves scenarios where the participant’s identity matters as much as the count. It is the recommended choice for weddings, private corporate events, and closed meetings, where each confirmation needs to be tied to a name previously authorized by the organizer.

How to install
Automatic updates: this item is updated by the Ultrapack Auto Updater. With it installed, the new version shows up in your dashboard like any other WordPress update (how to set it up).
This item is an add-on for the EventON – WordPress Event Calendar plugin. Installed on its own it throws no error, but it does not work either.
- Install and activate the EventON – WordPress Event Calendar plugin before this one.
- Download the file
eventon-rsvp-invitees.zip. - In the WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
- Select the file
eventon-rsvp-invitees.zip, click Install Now and then Activate.
- Both stay active at the same time. Deactivating the EventON – WordPress Event Calendar plugin turns this add-on off with it.
- An add-on settings usually show up inside the main plugin screens, not in a menu of their own. If you find nothing new in the dashboard after activating, look there before opening a ticket.
