Description
The Seats add-on adds to EventON an interactive seating map editor, with individual chair registration, seat or section pricing definition, marking seats for accessibility, reserved and standing room, plus mobile-compatible zoom and pan. Works together with the Tickets add-on and WooCommerce, turning the sale of numbered event tickets into a visual flow directly at checkout.
Main Features
- Visual seating map editor
Allows you to upload a background image and position chairs, sections and legends with customizable colors. - Individual price per chair
Each seat can have its own value or inherit the configured section price. - Special seat types
Mark accessibility, reserved, no-assigned-seat and booths for fairs and exhibition stands. - Configurable cart idle time
By default, it releases unfinished seats after 10 minutes, preventing improper blocking in the cart. - JSON export and duplication
Saves maps in JSON for reuse and duplicates events while keeping the seat status configuration.
Seats Benefits
- Numbered ticket sales
Lets you charge different values by seating area, increasing revenue per event. - Clear experience for the buyer
The lightbox with zoom and pan makes choosing a seat intuitive on mobile too. - Map reuse
Exportable JSON and event duplication reduce rework for recurring venues. - Integration with Check-Ins and PDFer
The seat number appears on the PDF ticket and during audience entry check.
Who Is It For?
- Venues, theaters and cinemas that sell tickets with assigned seating.
- Organizers of fairs and congresses that need to sell numbered booths and exhibition stands.
- Event producers who already use EventON with Tickets and WooCommerce and want to manage capacity visually.
Designed for those who work with fixed seating and need granular control over each place, this add-on replaces external spreadsheets with an interactive map integrated directly into EventON itself. The combination with Check-Ins and PDFer completes the loop, from seat selection on the site to validation at the entrance, keeping the entire flow within the same events ecosystem.
